- 2 oz. Milagro Tequila Reposado
- 1 oz. lime juice
- 3/4 oz. agave nectar
- 2 strips of green capsicums (bell peppers)
- 1 D'Avignon radish
- 1/4 kale leaf
- Garnish: kale lead and lime wheel
Method:
Combine the capsicum, radish, and kale leaf in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add ice and remaining ingredients. Shake vigorously. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with kale leaf and lime wheel.
