Tequila

"Tequila is fermented agave juice which is then distilled. The different colours/grades relate to the amount of ageing. Like Cognac etc. 'Tequila' only comes from certain regions of Mexico, and is exclusively Blue Agave...all others are 'Mezcal." (1)
